Confidentialiy clause

Wearmoi formally undertakes to protect your individual rights when you visit our site. This clause specifies the type of information that Wearmoi may be required to obtain when you visit our site and the way in which Wearmoi uses this information. Some of the information retained on our Web server are details you have given yourself on the different forms. Other information is registered automatically. Unless you offer to submit personal details, Wearmoi undertakes to retain only the information which allows identification of visitors and not to use any technology used for identification purposes.

Refusing to submit this information will not have any real consequences other than the fact that you will be denied access to the function or will not receive any of the information you have requested. Should you make the request, Wearmoi is bound at all times to delete or modify any of the personal information supplied previously.

The information supplied when making use of the tools on our site remains confidential. In offering these tools, our aim is to give you a quality service which meets with your requirements.

Wearmoi reserves the right to amend this clause at any time. This confidentiality clause does not give rise to any contractual or other rights in law for either party.
